Scotch eggs are usually taken during breakfast to sustain mental and physical energy throughout the day, irrespective of the age. Egg is the main ingredient in Scotch egg which supplements 12 vitamins to our body.
In the United States the Scotch eggs are served hot with sauces. And in some restaurants they are served on a stick. Scotch eggs are liked by all, from children to elderly people.
