MARAYOOR

Marayoor is situated 40 kms from Munnar in Idukki district of Kerala.It is a unexplored tourist spot compared to Munnar ( Explore it atleast once inorder to know the meaning for the word "Peace" !).

Marayoor serves as home for Sandalwood Trees and Sugarcane farms ( Ofcourse! for elephants😇). It is inhabitant by people who are engaged in agriculture. 

This place will gift love to people who loves nature. In addition to nature lovers, it is recommended for people who loves historic sites. Travellers can find 2000 - year - old monuments and 'Muniyara' which is a dolmenoid cists in Marayoor.

Figure out an peaceful place to accommodate and listen to nature's talk.

Do make a plan to visit Munnar and Marayoor together (Coz, both are neighbours ;)).

Stay here atleast for a day and take a walk around 6.00 am to 7.00 am (you will be accompanied by the pleasant smell of sugarcane and nature's voice).
